Terms and Conditions – Eberths Enterprises Distribution
1. Account Setup and Payment Terms
- All new customers must complete an application and receive account approval before placing orders.
- Until credit terms are granted, all orders must be prepaid via certified check, money order, ACH transfer, or credit card (3% processing fee applies).
- Eberths Enterprises Distribution reserves the right to review and adjust credit lines at any time.
2. Pricing and Orders
- All prices are subject to change without prior notice.
- Eberths Enterprises Distribution is not responsible for typographical or pricing errors on websites, catalogs, or promotional materials.
- Order quantities may be limited at our discretion.
- Processed orders canceled by the customer are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
3. Non-Payment and Returned Checks
- Failure to pay according to agreed credit terms may result in legal action. Customers will be responsible for all collection and legal fees.
- Returned checks will incur a $30 service charge.
4. Warranty Disclaimer
- Eberths Enterprises Distribution makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
- Product liability rests with the manufacturer.
5. Claims, Damages, and Shortages
- All damages or shortages must be reported to our customer service within 72 hours of receipt.
- Failure to report within this timeframe may result in claim denial.
6. Freight and Delivery
- All freight and delivery policies must be reviewed prior to ordering.
- Orders not meeting minimum shipment requirements will ship as freight collect (shipping due upon delivery).
