Refund and Return Policy – Eberths Enterprises Distribution

General Return Policy

  • Returns are accepted only for damaged or defective items.
  • All returns must include the original invoice.
  • Claims must be made within 72 hours of receipt for freight orders and within 7 days for pick-up/local orders.

Freight Orders

  • For damages or missing items, customers must email purchase@epdistributions.com with:
    • Invoice number
    • Bill of lading
    • Photos of damages
  • All damages must be noted on the bill of lading upon delivery for claim eligibility.

Local / Pick-Up Orders

  • Within 7 days: Full credit or exchange.
  • 7–14 days: Subject to a 10% deduction.
  • After 14 days: Not eligible for return or credit.
  • Items not in original packaging are subject to an additional 10% restocking fee.

Online Sellers

  • Online resellers are subject to the same return timelines and conditions.
  • Eberths Enterprises Distribution does not accept returns for items delisted or banned from online platforms.
  • Pre-approval to sell specific items online is strongly recommended.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Discontinued items
  • Altered, tampered, or repackaged products
  • Products purchased from other distributors
